I’m have a ticketing question, such as payment issues, email confirmations, or digital receipts.

We are proud to partner with local business! The Stranger is handling all of our pre-sale ticketing. You can contact them at http://www.strangertickets.com/page/contact or 1-888-377-4510.

Do I need to bring my pre-sale ticket with me?

Re-entry into the festival is permitted with all ticket types through the general admission line. However, only the VIP Weekend Pass Holders are guaranteed re-entry to the festival at any time, through the VIP Line.
